What is the difference between you and a travel agent?

We work on a different business model than travel agents. We charge fees for our time planning and booking your trip using our knowledge and expertise to create a trip that is perfectly suited to you. We do not sell other people's packages. We are able to cut out the middlemen by booking directly with local providers. With us, there are no mark ups.

Alternately, travel agents receive commissions for booking tours, hotels, cruises, or packages. They must spend their time booking things that give them commission and therefore, have less flexibility. They will not spend their time planning parts of the vacation where they can't earn a commission. Will you plan larger groups?

At the moment, we are only working with groups of up to 6 people.

It seems expensive. Why should I spend the money?

Time saved - We estimate that it takes between 5 to 8 hours per travel day to do all the research, planning, and booking for a European trip. If your vacation is 10 days, that is around 50 to 80 hours saved. What is that time worth to you?

Stress Averted - Planning a trip can be stressful. There is so much information out there and so many decisions to make it is hard to know if you are making the right choices or have all the information to make your trip the best it can be. Our expertise can relieve that stress and ensure you have the trip of your dreams.

How far in advance should I start using your services?

If you are traveling during the summer and want to make sure that you have the best options for hotels and activities, we should start planning your trip 6 months before departure.

If you are traveling in the shoulder or off-seasons or if you are ok with options for accommodations and activities being a little more limited, 4 months before departure is good.

Can you customize a tour package I found online?

Absolutely! Not only can we recreate the packaged tour, but we can improve upon it with more personalized scheduling and planning. You will probably save money as well as we won't be earning commissions or using middlemen.
